Abstract
Sexual harassment remains an issue that faces constant debate, especially with the introduction of a racial lens. While previous research is mostly inclined to sexual harassment towards white women in high profile jobs, analysis of the low-wage industry unearths an interesting point of debate. Since the majority of women working in the low-paying sector are black and immigrants, most of the documented sexual harassment cases from these sectors point to a higher significance towards race in harassment towards women.
