Being a technology company, unlike every company in the industry, Pinterest can decide to be unique to inspire its users to go offline to do things they love instead of wanting them to stay online (Turban et al. 2017).  Moreover, in the same quest of being unique, Pinterest should continue specializing in images as well as timeless content since the entire industry continues being focused on being text-based and time sensitive.
