I have a video of my speech but it will not let me upload it so I will just tell you about my speech.

Matter fact ima just tell you about my speech.

The strength was

1. I had the energy to do it and stick to the topic

2. I dressed professionally

3. I didn’t have no notecards so I memorized some I practiced

What I need to improve

1. Practice more cause I have way more energy than that

2. Do my assignments early or on time so I don’t have to stress

3. Believe in myself don’t focus on other students who did better than you. Believe you are capable to do anything

3. I did feel very nervous or anxious because it was my first time doing it and having to memorize all my lines and afraid I might’ve failed but trusting at least I have a C. I handled these nerves by thinking positive and not comparing myself to other students. Everybody are different and good in their on ways. And I also distract myself from thinking about the moment and move on and hoping the best. I mean knowing myself made me handled my situation and I know I tried my best frfr. Honestly I’m still learning about Speech so I don’t know what’s improving and what’s not but I can say I am learning everyday throughout the class and I grab the knowledge and use it for next time
