The change gives workers to apply knowledge in order to attract new ideas and innovations to the organization. Additionally, organizational change might lead to lower costs of production, thus, increasing the total revenue of the organization. Organizations managers should also give a chance to their subordinates to have the freedom of bringing changes to the organization. The following is an organizational strategy that should be implied to bring in a change to the organization.
