The society is always experiencing improvements in communication technology, and the consequent application of the technology in different areas of keen importance to the society is always improving as well. Wireless networks have been of special significance to the medical field particularly due to the extent of the need for communication between different healthcare professionals (Xiao, Takahashi, Liu, Dheng, & Zhang, 2011). For instance, the recent case of Hurricane Florence may require extensive communication between caregivers and the patients, but physical interaction may not always be possible. Consequently, the virtual network using wireless communication will be of significant help in ensuring that the different stakeholders communicate as appropriately in helping address the issue.
