The case study focuses on the various human rights violations that have taken place when multinational corporations are operating in countries with poor r ineffective labor laws and human rights. In the drilling and oil exploration industry, there have been several United States based companies that have been on the spotlight for hiring contractors who disregard the human rights of some of the laborers who work in their mines on the coast of Angola. In the oil rigs, people are segregated with the expats being offered better services compared to the unskilled laborers who work for the company.
