Leadership is as old as human history because every human generation has one form of leadership or another. Leaders have different ways of leadership styles and for that reason, we have had some leaders branded great, others termed as failures and others said to be average. It is worth noting that people make these conclusions about their leaders mainly based on the character traits espouse.
