Select one of your team members’ experiences and design a training evaluation form.

Write a 750- to 1000-word description of the training program.

Provide an explanation of how you would evaluate the training program.

Include what you are specifically measuring, the timeframe, a description of the evaluation form, and how it will appropriately measure the training solution.

Include at least one weakness and one threat with a substantive explanation of the risks.

Last Training Program

The last training program I attended was an onboarding training together with other three members as we were new employees to a new organization where we had been successfully recruited and hired. The onboarding training process was aimed at ensuring that we acquire the skills, knowledge as well as behaviors for us to become effective contributors of the organization. As we were told, the organization’s onboarding program was designed in such a way that it would effectively acclimate employees that are newly hired or transferred from within to new job positions. As such, the organization’s training and human resource department administered the program to us. Indeed, the onboarding program prepared us to become productive quickly and it shaped our critical first impressions of the organization (Macnaughton & Medinsky, 2015).
