  1. What are the primary types of evidence? Explain.

In legal terms, evidence can be defined as the data provided by parties; the prosecution and the defense, in a court to defend their case. One thing to note is that not all the evidence presented in court is admissible, (Toniolo, Norman, Etuk, Cerutti, Ouyang, Srivastava, … & Sullivan, 2015, May). There are four major types of evidence.
