A Critique of the Article by Shrestha, Anderson, and Moore

Observational learning involves the modeling of another person’s attitudes, emotional and behavioral expressions. It has been recorded that it is easy for an individual to learn from observation because it involves attention, reproduction, retention, and motivation. There are various conditions which may affect the attention of a learner and this may hinder their effective learning experience. When the learner gets distracted or becomes sleepy, chances are that they may miss some critical stages of observational learning.
