The quality strategies by CMS were began as early as 2017. Some of the measures have included a transformation of the clinical practices to focus on improved healthcare at lowered costs. The implications of such a change in practices may involve change in behavior to involve a more engaged leadership, more paneling and evaluation of patient outcomes.
