Question 1

A major advantage of structured interviews is that they are easy to answer for the interviewees. Some of the cons of structured interviews include lack of test communication and very little rapport that is created. Semi-structured interviews are very important since they can create a balance between unstructured and structured interviews (Gregory, 11). A major advantage of unstructured interview is there is a possibility for huge information to be collected from the interviewee. Some of the cons of unstructured interviews include the fact that they are time consuming and interviewees can easily tell lies in the interviews.
