No dictionaries or encyclopedias, especially Wikipedia, are allowed. You must properly cite a source using the APA Style for anything that is not common knowledge, let alone if you quote from it. The more sources and citations, the better your grade will be (good social science needs cited facts to back it up). I will also expect these
Use standard formatting (double-spaced, 12 point Times or Times New Roman, normal margins, page numbering, etc.).
DO NOT do a Title Page or sub-headings. Do a Works Cites section (which will not count for length).

Terrorism has been of concern in the international forums as various countries and regions take various measures to prevent acts of terrorism. The definition of terrorism has been rather biased as it describes external events and actions that are carried out by foreigners targeting a country or a region (Martin, 2017). This perception of terrorism was heightened following the various terrorists attacks that have been recorded in the recent years in which perpetrators have largely been foreigners. This however, does not exclude governments and states from committing acts of terrorism. Terrorism is broadly defines as the act of instilling fear and intimidation on people by use of force, violence, and power (Shor et al., 2014).
