Some elements would be different under the state- focused document because the Articles of Confederation had a number of different things which the Constitution changed. It was the system in which the United States was first governed. The Articles allowed a more significant part of the government to be governed by the states. For this matter, things were done differently from the present day which does things with the guide of the constitution.
