A hormone refers to a chemical connector or a chemical communicator that is used to carry messages to and from the entire body’s organs. It acts as a key that correctly fits into a particular lock or receptor position at every organ. This communication between inter-organs maintains balance in the entire body as well as optimal functions. Levels of these hormones in women are high during birth but become less after few months until puberty.
