Rob aggressively leads Surface ship Search and Rescue, Naval Surface Fire Support, Radar Navigation, Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat, Ship Self Defense System and all SSDS courses of instruction. His experience and drive has enabled CSCS to deliver over 1000 hours of instruction for 250 officers and enlisted ensuring 22 naval forces ashore and afloat commands remained operationally ready throughout the SEVENTHFLT AOR.
-FORWARD FOCUSED. Rob coordinated and scheduled the most aggressive and complex training schedule in the history of CSCS Det YOKOSUKA with flawless results. Rob personally met and mentored from the TRAINING Officer’s to the Department Heads on each ship on the waterfront scheduling over 250 events increasing training and mission readiness by 65%!
-AGGRESSIVE LEADER. Rob took a failing program and turned it around with exceptional results. The previous HIGH RISK TRAINING for RHIB class produced less than stellar results but once Rob took control he made a POA&M, Personally supervised each step and because of his leadership and oversight the program took zero hits and made it the best HRT in all of the CSCS Domain!
