Strategic Management and Life Goals

Strategic management refers to the formulation and implementation of initiatives and goals by the members of the management. These goals are long-term in nature. Strategic management aims at offering holistic approach towards reaching a desired destination. It allows the management to implement day-to-day activities that are aimed at achieving the long-term goals. Despite the concept being widely applied at the organizational level by companies that want to achieve certain goals, it can also be used by individuals to further their life goals. During the course, we discussed some of the elements of strategic management that could also be applied by individuals in their daily life so that one can be successful not only in their career but also in their personal life. The aim of this paper is to assess the different ways that I can use strategic management to further my various life goals and aspirations.
