2. The 5 key areas of social determinants of health (SDOH) as found in Healthy People 2020 are economic stability, neighborhood and built environment, health and health care, social and community context and education. The SDOH can lead to resource constraints, poor health, and health risk. Choose a vulnerable population and give 3 examples of nursing interventions that could help this vulnerable population gain the resources needed for better health and reduction of risk factors.

3. Do a little investigative work and locate statistics regarding homelessness in your community, county or state. Share your results. Share any personal experience you’ve had with this vulnerable population. Be sure to list your reference for these statistics.
