What happened (you can be creative here…. maybe a forklift flipped and hurt an employee and damaged merchandise, perhaps a container wasn’t secured and fell to the bottom of the ocean from the ship, a truck carrying eels spilled its contents and caused a lot of injuries). Assume whatever happened was bad enough to make headlines.
