Weight loss is my ultimate goal which will set in losing 2 to three pounds based on weekly basis. This program will be undertaken in the month of August. Weight loss program will assist in meeting personal body needs, schedule and fitness goal. However, there are certain physical constraints, time limitations, exercise preferences and goals which will dictate this fitness plan program. Strong urge to lose weight will act as a mobilizing tool. Jogging, jump ropes and dumbbells will assist in meeting weight loss goal according to Stiegler, Petra, and Adam. Fitness plan processes effectiveness and efficiency will amount to this weight loss program success. Strength routines such as weight lift and cardio will be involved in this well rounded routine. However, these excercises will vary slightly on every week.
