Intercultural communication

1)    What is the difference between a “being culture,” a “being-in-becoming culture,” and a “doing culture?”

“Being culture,” describes the status which is involuntary and hard to lose. The status is basically grounded on seniority, birth, and age. Relationships take superiority over getting the task done. It is believed that in being culture, persons can barely change their culture.  In “doing culture,” people have a feeling that they can take control as well as manipulate their situations.
