Change is one of the main qualities of transformational leadership. In this discussion, you will identify 5 characteristics of transformational leadership. You will also discuss if you believe transformational leadership is a good leadership style for all.

Background Information
Transformational leaders are people in leadership who are motivated to move organizations forward and to improve the overall functioning of the organization. Transformational leaders also inspire individuals to do the same. Just as the word indicates transformational leaders transform people and organizations. Who do you know is a transformational leader? Was this person inspiration and/or motivational? Do you think you are or could be a transformational leader?
