Details: Question 1. Discuss how fiscal activity can impact decision-making in a behavioral health care setting. In particular, your response should examine how fiscal information such as types of cost (e.g., labor, logistics, etc.), and different sources of revenue (and factors impacting payment) can be used to protect the bottom line and plan for cost-cutting, growth, investment, etc. Also, address how costs can be recouped, and from what funding streams, to meet the bottom line. Finally, assess how fiscal decisions can be made consistent with the mission and vision of a behavioral health care organization.
Question 2. How can a behavioral health leader contribute to an organization’s strategic vision in regard to employee selection? Include in your response the skills, competencies, and tools/instruments that could be used. Then, build on the tools/instruments you listed above and compare and contrast at least two instruments and/or methods that could be used for employee selection.
