The company that I chose for this analysis is Hyatt Hotel. Hyatt Hotel was established in 1957 by Jay Pritzker. Since its establishment, the company has exhibited exemplary performance and success. Such success has mainly been due to great foundations that dictate how various operations are undertaken. The organizational culture has been key towards ensuring that sustainability is created across its operations. Another aspect about the company that has played a huge role in creating success is the values that are shared by the management and the employees. There are several values and beliefs that are espoused by the company that have over time ensured the success that the company has experienced.
